Book a Local Drop-Off or ship us your sneakers. Cleaning is priced upfront; for restoration or custom work, we send a quote after inspecting your pair, and once approved our team gets to work.
Restorations usually take 5–10 business days, depending on the service and current order volume. Timelines are estimates.
In the NY/NJ/CT area, book a Local Drop-Off: DJ collects them from your address and drops them back off when they're done. Anywhere else in the US, choose Mail-In: we'll email you where to send them, and ship them back when they're done.
Contact us as soon as your pair is back, with your order reference and photos, and we'll look into it. Results vary with each pair's age and condition; our Terms of Service & Restoration Agreement explains how we handle concerns.
